Best way to farm TP medals is to do Expert Mission 20 to get 18 TP medals from every match that you can finish up in 2-3 minutes. You will earn more TP medals if you will do it in online tour.

Im not sure if you know this little guy. But you can do expert mission 16 and spam vegeta with spirit bombs and emperor death beams and get 16 tps. Also if you get the double or triple zenie super soul you can get a bunch of cash too.
