Hi does it have to be one property of 400000 or can you buy multiple props that equal this sum ? Other videos are saying rules have changed and you need to invest all 400000 into one prop to get the citizenship ? Thanks in advance

I need to know if the money the $400,000 that I need to buy a property does that need to show that I brought that money into turkey and deposited into a Turkish bank account or let's say I have a friend in Turkey which owns a property and he is a Turkish citizen can he transfer the title to my name without transferring any money between any bank accounts can I use that title to get citizenship
