yoooooo hey gurl @jashustles you put me on something I was sleeping on for a bit. I'm actually a book reseller and I started in august I've been going to library sales like crazy, then last two book sales of the year happened. I needed to find a new outlet I had no idea I could do retail and online arbitrage!? The ungating aspect seemed overwhelming and I didn't have time to figure it out. @ashlydominguez6900 sometimes u can just be ungated in things is what I'm figuring out. But if u are trying to get ungated for sephora kohl's partnered with sephora fairly recently so kohl's would supplier you with the invoice for the 10 items u purchased through them for your support documents if u are trying to get ungated. Sorry, I don't know how to get ungated in under armour. otherwise, I would share that, too.

I am on a deep dive into your content (Chefs Kiss, you're amazing, a blessing) One video I think you can do is detailed ungateing and break down the categories aspect (hopefully I didn't miss this in a vid) my question is after you ungate with this tea from target... I then in return can sell anything grocery? Am I still limited in grocery? When I ungate something from Marshalls, what category is ungated? Just a breakdown of the "category aspect", period. One thing that wasn’t mentioned was that wholesale frontier coop WILL ask you for a business license and will put your orders on hold till you provide that. After 7 days of not providing that, they will delete your orders!!!!!

I find profitable products but with $8.50 shipping for a usps padded envelope ( using shippo) there’s either no profit or $1-2 profit.

I just started selling earlier this month and had the same questions. With FBA, if you ship using an Amazon carrier partner, the difference in cost of shipping is huge. I’m talking about it going from $30 to $7. I’ve been trying to gather a lot of products into one box so that the cost, even if lower balances out and doesn’t interfere with profit. For FBM I also noticed that the profit would be very slim with shipping and reached out to my mentor that’s been very successful with Amazon.While you would still get partner shipping discounts, as a new seller she said best to avoid FBM because shipping delays can impact your store health much quicker this route, and you don’t want to hurt your store health this early as a seller. With FBA, amazon takes the brunt of bad reviews from shipping delays. Hope this helps

Thank youu. And for that I want to say it may be a little tricker to ungate the full category due to many different strict brands but you can start off by ungating certain brands in that category. I know target has some home decor goods that are sold on amazon so try that. You just want to make sure whatever online store you purchase the 10 units from, provides invoices after ordering.

yes that’s going to happen since the beauty brand is more strict and you won’t be able to ungate the whole category, but since you have ungated burt’s bees, you will notice that you will be manually ungated in some beauty & personal care products

Heyy, once you ungate the brand, you won’t have to provide an invoice again since you have basically unlocked it when getting approved.

if they are not branded, then you would probably have to create your own listing to sell those products, but if they’re already selling on Amazon, then you would have to check and see if you can list under that same listing or you might not be able to since it can be private label
