When I threw my own back out years ago, I was stuck on the floor for 20 minutes. I hear this from patients all the time as well! Usually when the back pain hits, the only thing you can do is get down to the floor.
Ok..fine. But then you try to get up and nothing works! The pain is too sharp, too severe. Well, here's how to do it! If you do have pain during the process, don't worry! Nothing will be further damaged, so do your best to get through it! I know it sucks, but you can do it!
