@@GamerXkrish00 they just responded to me and said they cant manually verify the assistand said on quote: "Roblox CS is not able to manually verify ID for any user, nor update account settings related to this feature. Age ID Verification must be completed through Persona via the prompts within account settings. For more information on how to verify your Age ID, please check out our Age ID Verification article."

No. Just because you verified your email and phone number doesn’t mean you get voice chat. To get voice chat you have to use an ID or you can use the 2 methods on my channel to get voice chat with no ID. If you have any other questions just reply to me and I’ll answer back!

actually, this does not always work, when I tried to do this, nothing has changed (it was a year ago) to date, I have long confirmed my passport (in our country it is issued at the age of 14 btw)
