Good speech. But little exaggeration on owning 17 Cars. Where he will park them in Flat? One can keep max 3 cars of his own in Flats that too he need to purchase parking slots. Parking many cars on the road is not allowed, you will have neighbors problems.

This man started CA institute. Many students and parents are inspired with his speeches and career. But all of sudden he started closing his institutes without informing students and parents.
