the app in not avaliable on the app store - only the wp order alerts and you cant set it up through the app only website. and the instrustion in the video are wrong cuz there is no app named order alerts for woocommerce

We tried your APP. We continuously received the error "JSON error appears when you use some 3rd party extension which modifies woo online store and our app is not able to connect to the API. We can't do anything about it. We onlt support regular woo stores (mot modified ones)." Out store is not anything special! Has a few extra woocommerce plugins installed but I would think that this app should still work. none of the plugins modify the REST API features of Woocommerce as far as we can tell.

Hello Hammad! Your questions seems like they would be best answered by the Divi folks at Elegant Themes. That said, I will briefly try to answer your questions: 1. You can use the API of something like Twilio to handle SMS without a plugin. 2. You should be able to continue editing your header and footers in the Theme Builder even if your Divi license is expired, you just won't get updates to the Divi Theme without an active license. 3. You should add you API key in Divi > Theme Options Hope that helps 😁 Please consider a sub to the channel 😉

Is there no sound for the order alert? 😢 Please add an option to have an order alert sound. I used to have a shopify website and it was awesome having that ping sound for new orders. Some people might find it annoying so that's why it would be nice just to have the option and people who don't like it can mute. Must be a distinctive ping though so you know it's an order and not just a message.

Hi there, you should be able to do this with your phone/tablet notifications. Just take a look and make sure notifications are turned on both in the app and in your phone settings for the app. You will also want to make sure the device is not in do-not-disturb mode.

Hi there Jose! Thanks 😁 I have specifically used this for order alerts in a restaurant. The person taking phone orders would have the app installed on that device and would relay any new orders to the kitchen and enter them into the POS (if need be).
