It was fantastic to see you work with your community to reduce waste! It's full circle as you'll be able to supply those farmers with vermicompost. Well done! ~ Sandra

Thank you, Sandra! It's always a thrill to meet new people who want to contribute. Yes, I dream of supplying the entire valley. Folks are waking up to the full circle method way of living. Even though it might be buried beneath the conditioning of modern living I truly believe that the spark to do what we are doing lives inside of all of us. Let's blow on it! Thanks so much for your support. Now, I'll pop over your way and, see what you've been up to.

Great hustle, so much unlimited resources that can be recycled into useful resources, so much untapped potential

You are right! So much out there. I think that taking in all of the "scraps" and debris could be a gold mine if the business side is there as well. It's already happening in some places. I want to recycle this whole valley! lol Thanks for checking it out!

Ha..Yep.. Not easy, because, you need the land first.. But, you can start a Non-Profit based on your "Educational YT Channel", and then spend a year or two researching Grants, etc, and might get lucky. Increase your chances by starting small, understanding the whole deal, and knowing what exactly you need to upcycle, but, even with Grants, there is going to be Massive Debt involved with an adventure even half the size of what you are thinking using any of he Conventional Methods I see out there. Regulations and Red tape will be the worst part of it. Big cement pads with forced air and Heavy Equipment, Static Rows same, or, containers with a CNC Style Augers to mix and areate for the Hot Compost Initial Phase would likely be the cheapest option. Especially if you could create it on a small scale 20' container size, and then upscale it. You could get away with a skid steer for a while. Only issue would be Rain Run off after it was removed and before it was finished the secondary decomposition. I see myself building one at some point. Hopefully by then, the softwares are more integrated to some tech standard and more on the market. The mechanics are not the hard part. Schools would probably be a good place to start. They are used to following Rules/Procedures.. But, in the right balance, everything they say not to feed worms can be effectively Composted. Look up Composting Whole Animals. (Horses/Cows, etc). I remember hearing it can be done in a couple of weeks in a Fungal Compost. I have heard of a City buying a Rec Park a Shredder because, they had a compositing system, to get rid of their Carbons, that set the compost facility needing Nitrogens, so, saved them a bunch of money not paying landfill fees for getting rid of food wastes, so, anything is possible with enough gears turning. The more ideas you have the more possibilities you have, the more chances for that perfect moment. Keep Dreaming.. It will happen one day.. One of the Dreams that is.. Ha..

There's another outfit that has this big machine they call "bEartha." All of the waste goes straight in and she makes compost in about a day. They have a very interesting model. Look up the documentary, Ben & bEartha. He's got it going on. I'm in California right now and, you would pass right out at the prices for fall-down shacks on a tiny parcel out here. I'll be back in Tennessee in a few years and land will make more sense then. I'd probably have to lock down a long-term rental out here and that's all kinds of scary. It's long-term until somebody changes their mind. Out here there are miles and miles of vineyards. All of them are potential customers. There's another worm outfit called Sonoma Worm Farm. He's large-scale and serves a bunch of vineyards. We're still on the front end of this wave but, I think that large-scale composting is a viable solution to a lot of problems. I keep hearing that Victory gardens are making a come back. Let's hope that this time around the government officials that set up the protocols have at least one person on board who knows what compost is.
