I’m currently in the process of becoming a probation officer and in my final semester in school for my BA. My aunt who’s over 65 attacked me but I defended myself. Now she’s pressing charges. I can’t afford this for my career and I’m a single mother. I feel like her age is her upper hand. Can it still be dismissed?
