I can relate where you’re coming from about learning from your father’s failures. My dad had smoking, crap food, and sugar as his addictions. He eventually developed dementia at the age of 64 and died at 67. I saw his failing health as a wake up call to me. As a heavy drinker I had brain fog and was 25kg over weight. I quit drinking cold turkey 4 years ago at age 41. It’s sad that my fathers failing health had to be my wake up call but I saw myself going down that same path and possibly ending up like him. Since then I’ve lost all the weight and gained muscle. I’m back to cycling and skiing like I used to when I was a 25 year old lad. Best to you and yours Kevin and thanks for the videos ✌️
