Still need that LLC to be at least 2 years old. See if you can work for someone in the industry for 6 months. all this looks good for the banks

@@thecountryceo3535 it for my son an he has been driving a semi for a owner operator since he first got his license 1 year ago and now he has saved up his money and I am going to match him to help him out with the 20% down payment because he really wants to try to get a truck asap do you think it's even possible because he's planning on going to the dealership today

It may depend on your location but typically the regular dump is better and more versatile. If you do a belly dump your limited to the types of jobs you can do such as asphalt etc. If you get a regular dump you get paid a good rate in most circumstances.

Here is a couple of places to look. New York State Dept of Transportation bid letting, City of New York Road and Bridge Jobs for bid letting, New York chamber of Commerce. Call General contractors who do road and bridge work. Check out my video on " how to find work for your dump truck"

If you are going to a dealer they will typically have several companies they deal with. Try also your local staple banks like chase, wells fargo, and bank of america. Also look under the comments on this video and you should see a guy that connected to the channel called rho financial.

Great advice Country CEO! As for someone who is considering being a dump truck owner operator, can you name couple of pre-owned truck models you recommend for around 90-100k price range. I like Mack, KW and Piterbilt.

Yes I can, you already named three of the top brands Mack Granite, or GUP, Peterbilt 567, KW T800 or 880, or W900, I would add western star to that group, i cant think of the model right now its just one I believe.

Do you have any experience using dumps for storm cleanup jobs? I imagine on the coast there would be high demand at certain times. Obviously not consistent but possibly a way to supplement income.

Unfortunately yes but beware. Went to NO after Katrina. Got paid 90 bucks and hour for the first week. Made 20k in 2 weeks time. The next two weeks we worked for another company from out of town and got screwed. The contractor was from Atlanta and skipped town with the money. I lost 11000$. Tried to get a lawyer but they never could get my money. Be sure to get with a good company. Also if its by the hour your good but some of these company want to pay you by the cubic yard for trash. I don't fool with them.
