My scanner just sits at 0F and never captures any frames. iOS 17 on iPhone 15 Pro Max. Poor support on the forums.

What Power Bank is that?!?!?!?!!? I have a few Power Banks but none of them are powerful enough to power my Mule Luxury 3D scanner with my "Connect" device.

Hi the power bank should be more than 22.5W out-put with 12V PD Type-C interface.

Cannot get a link from JMStudio Mobile to the Connect/Mole. I've tried pressing the reset button, and several data cables. The Mole powers up (the device fan is running) and power is supplied to my phone (iPhone 14 Pro Max, iOS 17.4.1) but the scanner is not recognized.

Mine is all loaded into my Android and working however I am not able to scan. I keep gerting a message saying to close and it wont go away no matter how far I get. I have a Samsung S20 FE running Android 13.

On my samsung 23, android 14 do not work. Original cables, i'm in debug mode. The app start correctly and "see" the Mole but there is no image to capture.

So will I need to always be connected to wifi and a computer when I scan? I bought the lynx to help me scan things out in the field for work. I'm already annoyed that the desktop and phone apps set off a bunch of warnings about being harmful to my devices. I'm certain that the desktop version downloaded a remote monitoring program to my work computer, so that's not exceptable. But if I can't scan out in the field without a laptop or computer, then this thing is useless.

I believe you only need to be connected to the computer to download the scan to your laptop so you can work with the model you scanned.

Hi, you don't need always connected to wifi, you only need connected to wifi when you need data transfer

Updates take 5-10 Minutes.. WHY? Because your Server is on a 64bit Line. Get legit servers for the updates!!! Not just a Pi sitting on someones home in Timbuktu..

My Connect on my phone keeps giving the message "sn file not found" each time I save the serial number it reads from the QR Code. The Serial Number is correct as it's printed on the scanner and it also shows it in the Scanner details dialogue in the Desktop vesion of JMStudio on my Windows PC. Any ideas why I can't get JMStudio Mobile to register with my scanner?

Hi, it seems you didnt scan the right code. can you plz try this, go to file - setting - scanner , and scan the QR code there.

@@3dmakerpro Hello, thank you for your response here. I've followed your instructions and completed them as instructed here and the phone interface is still the same, saying the device is not connected. I've unplugged and tried again as per the App instructions ..... No change. Round and round we go getting nowhere. Clearly there is a problem please get someone in your technical service department to go through this with me. I honestly don't believe this Connect is working.
