I'm 12 i got my period when i was 11 last year but i told my sister cause she got hers around the age i got mine and so she gave me tampons and pads so 1. any female you trust who uses them could give you some.2. I would say because i have done this, if you make any money yourself maybe shoveling, raking, walking dogs, or babysitting or anything just buy them yourself.

My mom is amazing. She was the one who showed me how to use them and guided me through the first day of my period. She got pads, panty liners and tampons the next day. Best mom ever. Plus she and my sister are pretty open about it with me and they tell me hacks and how to hide them. I'm blessed I swear.

omg!!!! i just asked my mom for tampons, i was so nervous, i as crying. i sat with my mom for a least 30 minutes and said word by word, she told me i might not be old enough but she will talk to her female docter. then i sent her a screenshot of a yahoo answers thing asking if my 11 year old should wear tampons, it said as long as i know the instuctions. i am sooooo relived i have asked! don't hesitate to ask bc they know exactly what u are going though and will understand!

Grace Molina I'm a gymnast too, i usually wear pads but for gymnastics i wear tampons. I have tried wearing a pad to gym before, i felt awful/ disgusting and i just hated it so i have never done that since (it just feels so awful when doing gym for some reason) I prefer tampons for gym because you cannot feel anything if the tampon is in correctly and you haven't got a pool of blood moving around whilst your flipping about 😂
