Maliha If you are using TCS service then you will take your original degree and transcript and 2 copies of both along with your CNIC copy to TCS office. They will collect both and will give you a copy of paid challan after payment at TCS. Take pic of your challan and upload on HEC portal in your assigned task. HEC will attest your Copies and Original and will send back them to your address.. After that take your copies to R and D department of HEC and get them in sealed envelope.. Please don't forget to write your WES reference number on back of your documents copies before putting in sealed envelope. Now you will send copies in sealed envelope to WES and Will upload scan of original to your WES profile. I hope its clear now

WES (World Education Services) is a Canadian Organisation and they don't have offices in Pakistan. You need to create a WES profile and in your profile there is a mailing address. Write a WES reference number on your sealed envelope and send it to the WES mailing address through FedEx or DHL

ICES website states that: “Please ensure your school is not simply forwarding ICES scans that you have sent to them. WES (World Education Services) is member of NACES. You need to get both mark sheet and certificate (original and photocopies) attested from concerned BISE. Take photocopies in sealed envelope and send to WES USA for Evaluation. Upload clear scan of attested original documents on WES profile. The process in video is same for Intermediate qualifications. Please check USA instead of Canada while creating the WES profile. Make sure the sealed envelope contains the WES reference number on it. Yes documents can be posted from any where.

Your case may be rejected if above requirements are not fulfilled; This is written on HEC portal rules when I applying for attestation.. So please give me clear advice that I have to send original degrees also along with photocopies???

HEC has nothing to do with your foriegn qualifications for WES. Just create WES account.. Download document request form and send it to your Malaysian University and they will send your documents directly to WES. Its better if you call document/degree department of your university and talk to them and follow instructions. While adding your academic records add details of country from where you did your degree.. On WES profile you will add details as Pakistani.

No. As of updated criteria You need to create your HEC profile online. (please watch video in channel about HEC attestation process) Once you will complete profile you can download application form along with payment details. If you are opting couriers option then you will make payment at TCS center and will send your documents to HEC along with downloaded application. TCS center will send over you your documents after attestation. Make sure to tell TCS center that you need photocopies in sealed envelop for WES.

WES has nothing to do with your ID name.Use your Degree name for WES. You can use b/w copies. Now a days you can update your CNIC online for name change..So best practice is to allign your name to your degree name on CNIC and then get your passport updated as per new CNIC. This is less hectic than name change on degrees. For now just use your degree name for WES

There is a video regarding HEC attestation criteria on channel watch that. 1- Separate Envelopes for both HEC and WES 2- To WES photocopies attested by HEC in sealed envelope. HEC will put then in sealed envelope 3- YES Please watch video till end as you questions are clearly indicating you haven't watched guiding videos.

Login to your WES account and you can find your evaluation report there.. It seems you have missed the email..Mostly the badge is awarded after successful evaluation

There is policy till 2025 where on visit visa if you get a job offer you can convert your visit visa into a work permit. I suggest you fly to Canada and find a job there.

There is no requirement to send original. If you can visit the regional HEC office then it can be collected from R&D department on same day.

So, what I understood is that I just need to send the true copy of the original degree and mark sheet attaching the Academic Records Request form with each of them directly to HEC by post / courier. Once received, I'll be uploading the documents on WES for them to initiate the ECA process. Please advise if my understanding is correct.

Just to add further, you can assume the WES reference number to be on Academic Records Request form for both the attested docs (true copies)
