Theres a another option. Get a rig from any video, get your texture if r15 get r15 if r6 get r6 rig, and put your hats with textures and the body's parts textures, but this video is optional, but the rig is pretty deformed so recommended this

It probably cuz your rig is in r6, but you've used humanoid. If you wanna do r6 animations you need to click other instead, but idk what to do after that because that's where I got lost

you should not import the 1st file because it's not the 3d file
