I already love your videos, but now that I know you’re a fellow drag race fan I love watching you even more! It’s so badass you are friends with Denali! Also, you have helped inspire me to get back into shape and stretch daily (I danced my whole life but stopped a few years ago)!

I have watched all of your vlogs and I find you very inspirational. As a bigger woman I feel like I would never be able to be as flexible as you but you make others feel like anything is possible. Continue with the great work. Congratulations on passing your theory test. Stay safe x

Hi i love your video's 😘 I have a question: how can i get more flexibele??? I am stuck to my wheelchair and lost my left leg about 3 years a go. But now i get problems with my back and hips. Love to hear from you😉 Lots off love from the Netherlands 😘😘😘
@adlezacrobatics56543 жыл бұрын
For your back you can definetly still strech all the normal streches do your bridge with one leg and so on. As for the hip I don't know how much of your leg you have lost so it's hard to tell what streches would be most efficent.

That's because you need to practice more and as you become more flexible it won't hurt any more.

also make sure to really warm up for longer than just 10 minutes when you are really warm you can usually push a lot harder

warm up properly and take it slow splits take a while don't try to rush anything just to pull a hamstring (I did that in the beginning and it took me much longer to get my left side split after that)!
