It also depends on what monitor you have some monitors have a cap of 120 fps in a game which means if you used 200 with it there would be no difference. If you have a monitor that has a high cap of fps like 500 then if you use 200 then the input delay is gonna be horrible

For some reason it’s a big thing in games the fact that the letters or whatever is on your screen has borders is affecting the performance because of an issue with sharp edges simply due to high graphical processing. It’s similar to issues that occur from arthroscopic filtering.
