I been getting 180-200 fps with 50 fps stutters every 10-15 secs. I tried every guide on YT including this one with no luck. What fixed it for me was going into BIOS, enable "Above 4G encoding" and enable "Re-Size Bar". Literally right after that, I now get 320-380 fps with stutters to 180ish (sometimes down to 140 fps when the island spawns), but nothing lower now.

Gear up is incredible, i tryed it for 3 days because of FaZe Sway and already bought one year. In Portugal the lowest ping you can have is around 25 in creative and 40 in game. I'm with 15-20 on creative and 25-35 in game. Absolutely recommend. P.S.: I'm not being payed or whatever, it is really good and have a three days trial.

A high mouse polling rate will affect the performance depending on how strong your CPU is. It will reduce the latency but in exchange it will add more stress onto the CPU. Though, this may only affect low end pcs but keep that in mind.

seriously though, tweaks and optimization are helpful, but at a certain point you are better off just upgrading your pc if you have the budget. Some older gpus (and cpus. especially at low resolution), just can't keep up, at 1440+ in particular, 240hz requires some decent hardware

Especially the current state of in game fps. Fps on the new map and on the chapter 4 map especially in the mega city area just seem to keep going down, so a stable 240 in game is highly unlikely, but for creative my relatively budget pc can hold up with a decent stretched res.

@@OllieHimself 1720x1080 is my favorite as well, but 1680x1050 is another good option and is slightly more stretched, but anything more stretched than maybe 1550x1080 is pushing it. The frame difference from native to 1720 is noticeable, but after that most overly stretched resolutions have a negligible increase in performance for the decrease in the clarity of your game.

I will skip over the ones that dont vary 3. gamebar virtually does nothing, unless you accidentally hit the hotkey.(and if you use the xbox overlay you need to keep gamebar on) Game mode varies depending on the specs of your computer 4. In performance option in the tab “visual effects” you want to disable all not enable the ones he says. 14. CORE ISOLATION CAN GIVE YOU A BSOD 16.Hardware accelerated gpu scheduling can vary btw. 17. Dont use filter keys STRICTLY because its placebo, and if its a software its runs in the background taking EVEN MORE system resources 29. Hey Marren, I love your content and have recently gone into the competitive scene. I've watched so many of your videos and improved so much from them. I would really appreciate your advice on two things I struggle with though. 1. Is mechanics, I feel like I have the opposite problem of a creative warrior where I'm able to win fights against much more mechanically advanced players because of my game sense, knowledge, and ability to fight but my mechanics just aren't up to date. From personal experience, for your 2nd problem you can try to take deep and slow breaths while your healing or boxed up to help calm yourself down. But in general you wont get as nervous if you just keep playing the game and continue putting yourself in high stress situations

Problem 1: Learn how to Freebuild and do it 10min everyday before playing. You could also Play Raiders peacecobtrole Map 3.0 for like 20-30minutes. Problem 2: Just Play the game. Your Adrenalin Level will slowely sink after some time. You can also Consider to Play on a lower sense, therefore youll get more controle over your mouse, eventhough you are shaking. Try a sence between 2.5 and 3.5 on 1600dpi to Start with and Stay on it for at least one to two Weeks

1st Problem I Had This Same Problem A Few Seasons Ago And FreeBuiliding Everyday Was How I Was Able To Fix This. FreeBuild Until U Feel Improvement. Copying Someone Else FreeBuild Routine Helped Me Because I Used To Not Be Very Creative With My Building. A Map Code I could Suggest is Mechanics Training Map v4 (8135-1582-8472), This Map Has Tunnels, Piece Control, Peak Practise And A Free Building Area With Different Realistic Speeds. I Used This Video , (kzbin.info/www/bejne/ome3dmmspKird6M), You Can Also Slow Down The Video And Pause It, A While Back Because I Personally Liked Plxrized Freebuilds And This Helped Me Implant A Few Of Those Moves In The Video Into My Freebuilding. Also When Freebuilding Double, Triple, And Quad Edits Are Easy To Implement In FreeBuilding. Freebuilding Really Makes Ur Mechanics So Much Better, But If You Cant Freebuild Yet Try Doing Some Piece Tunnels Thats What I Started On

Yeah people make fps booster for every platform/pc when you can’t apply every tweak to each pc. For instance game mode is only beneficial for gtx GPU, any above that and your sacrificing fps stutters and more input delay. All I did was research a ton of video and then chose which ones I thought should apply to my mid-high end pc

My god, I kid you not that, even without doing the bios stuff or using the Nvidia driver you recommended, my fps has gone up from an avergae of 60-90 to 130-150. I don't know what exactly the ISLC thing does or a few other things, but whatever they were, they worked wonders. I have to learn to be more sensitive with my key presses now, but I'm sure my muscle memory will adapt quickly. It's also seemed to make a significant difference in my input and latency playing Smash Melee, so I don'tknow what else to say except "thank yoooou!!!!1!!"

filterkeys is placebo and always has been, only affects things where you are actually typing like youtube comments timer resolution doesnt work on windows 10, on windows 11 it is possible but not much of a difference

Power plan option question. Is the "High Performance" plan better than the other power plans that are also 'high performance' but are listed as customized for the processor which you have (I have AMD so another power plan option is AMD Ryzen High Performance) ? Also would Ultimate performance be better than both if your pc can handle it?

you should use balanced (recommended). it automatically improves performance during intensive tasks and saves power during non intensive tasks.

I have a worst graphics card then you but a month or two ago i tried one of those performance guides and now my game is basically unplayable even though it was fine before. Tell me if you find a fix and Ill tell you if I find one. Frame drops is what mostly happens and more input delay. Specs: ryzen 5 2400g 16 gb of ram. rx 5500xt 4gb

Filter keys just does a loudass sound everything you press a button and everytime I try to put a space it turns into 3 or 4 spaces

I used the free trial and it states to get best results to open gear up first and boost the game then open the game. I went from 20-26 ping to 10 and at some points 0

What does Storage sense specifically do to harm gameplay performance?

It runs in the background and automatically removes unnecessary files from your pc while you’re using it. Background programs usually take up a small amount of cpu usage. Keeping it on or off shouldn’t really effect performance unless your cpu is super outdated.
