How To Get ZERO Input Delay In Fortnite With FilterKeys!

For many of you this will probably make a difference as it allows you to hit repeat keys much quicker than normal, which many say helps their movement and editing. However, for me it felt a bit placbo'ey. Still thought I would make a tutorial for those wanting to give it a try! Let me know how it goes for you & what settings work the best

U need to have flags on for it to be enabled. Also I think disabling fullscreen optimization also disables it. I just disabled fullscreen optimization and high dpi scaling by application and it seems its working now on fortnite

With my experience I checked the ON and AVALIBLE boxes on the right as well as SAVE TO RESGISTRY. My settings are 0, 130, 10 and I saw an immediate and very noticeable result where my edits and builds would normally take something like 1/5 of a second down to as far as 1/10 in creative.

Thank you for being the only person i could actually find to explain the concept in a way that makes sense. All i see people spout is use filter keys, lower numbers means faster input delay. No one says where the delay is or how much of an impact it could or might not have. Now i know why i like filter keys, how i want it set, and what to do for troubleshooting, all because you explained the concept of the repeat and delay between repeated inputs better than literally anyone else online lol

Your polling rate, make sure it's set to 1000

Higher polling rate, for wireless mice make sure the receiver is close to the mouse. You can also change MouseDataQueueSize in the registry, not sure how much it effects the clicks

2:17 u actually need to have that box checked to apply the changes just a heads up. if its unchecked its not enabled until u check it❤ also the other boxes i would recommend to uncheck like activation sound and shortcut... activation sound makes it so when u press a key it makes a loud repeated sound not very pleasent when gaming lol

Guys filter keys doesn’t work in Fortnite as the game takes raw keyboard input. Only when your in a non game application you will be able to notice the filter keys work

What should I do? My Fortnite only runs at 200ish fps and CONSTANTLY drops to less than 100 fps. I have followed countless fps guide videos. My PC specs are: Intel i9-9900k CPU, 32GB of memory, and a NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080 Super Graphics card. My friend has a worse PC than me and gets 350-400 fps with no stutters. I just factory reset my PC an hour ago open Fortnite it’s still stuttered so I did a ton of optimizations and it still stutters. I’ve also checked the temps and nothing looks wrong. Maybe it is your motherboard or psu that cant give all the power that your pc has i recommend changing your motherboard cuz it's literally impossible to only get 200 fps with those specs unless ur pc has problems. even without any optimization ur pc should give like 500fps with performance mode on fortnite

This program works, but it won’t help in Fortnite. It changes the continuous delay, not the input delay. You can test it by holding down a key on your keyboard. But, we aren’t constantly holding down a key in fort. We press it once, then use our mouse to place the build.

Ive done testing and my response time is much faster, the creator of the video did not include the correct settings. The right boxes need to have these checked: On, Available, and Save to Registry, once in Fortnite I experienced and immediate result you should try it out for yourself. (btw it does not work well if you have an ass pc but it will help a bit) The effects are most noticable in a creative match.

In games like Fortnite it matters. I don't know what game you play that doesn't require the least delay possible but in Fortnite every ms counts. Even every 0.1ms counts in Fortnite.
