To help a bit with the untranslated line: after Mimorin's explanation, Emitsun and the rest of them are like "Ohhh!! It's like Mogyuu!" (Referring to the song Mogyuuto Ai no Sekinju). And then Emitsun asked: "So is it like that time when Honoka stands at the top of the stairs and extend her arm out to invite everyone..." (Something along the lines of that, referring to Honoka's move during the PV and during the concerts.) :D
