TY, this is very helpful information for the professional CNA. As a nursing student and CNA, I work at a hospital. During report, typically the PCT gives report on all that you mentioned, in addition to A- CO, and why the patient was admitted, HX- pts past med. history, especially as it pertains to the CO and dx; I/Os, continuous sats, if any (monitor O2), post-op information, such as chest to low wall suction (CTLWS), foley, and the like. Very much agree about the subjective information and speaking in sotto voice. Thank you.
