How to give customers credit in QuickBooks Online

It does not show the credit memo. I could do this by hand in seconds vs. messing with this terrible program

Hi Jeff. If you don't see the Credit Memo as an option in your QuickBooks, you may have a different plan like Solopreneurs or Self-Employed, in which you'd have a different process.
