Thank you for sharing this. I didnt know that this was ASMR. I always associated ASMR with sounds but I did this too in school with that same pencil. And I also "tickle" myself softly. In fact one of my earliest ASMR tingles, I now realize, was as a little kid I would ask my dad to tickle my back and he would lightly trace his fingers up my back and it would give me tingles and goosebumps. I still do these things to this day. Im glad Im not alone, LOL
