The only planes that can actually surpass 4,000 km/h are some of the higher-level planes in the International Release of Ace Combat 3: Electrosphere, where they jacked up the max speeds...and completely botched the intricate, diverging storyline in exchange. AC3 JP Release is best AC3.

Too bad you can't get both highest and fastest. But after some exploitation I discovered that Stability stat in AC3 indicate how high can your plane go and how low the speed it need to not stall and surprise, surprise, the king of high altitude is neither RF-12A2 nor Remora but F-22C, I means you can perform acrobatic flight at 10k meters altitude thanks to maximum stability.

@@The0nlyJuanmaybe because the migs could only fly at their max speed for very small amounts of time after which the engines required costly repairs and maintenance... Maybe those time windows were too small for getting into an optimum position to fire

Saw a guy doing this speed build a few months ago... Man he passed me so fast that I couldn't even react to shoot him down. How are we supposed to take this thing out of the sky if we can't chase and count on luck to get him in a face to face fly by? I can think on using those HVAA because those missiles can easily outspeed him but with normal missiles it's just impossible lmao
