This is helpful, was it just 1hr+ bus ride? Then how long again for the second bus ride? If I'll book train ticket, where do I book?

How can I get train ticket from Singapore? I need to book it before how many days and trough online or what please let me know

last year you made video from Johor bahru to Sin. Which one you prefer for conveience?
@UmmiGoesWhere22 күн бұрын
For convenience, I prefer the train. More organized, less hectic. The only reason I took the bus this time was because the train tickets sold out 😅

hi Ummi, do I have to follow the same step if I'm travelling from Singapore to Johor Bahru? and if I wanted to pay by cash, does I need to exchange the money first?
@UmmiGoesWhere3 ай бұрын
Hi, Aiman. Yes, it's basically the same step from Singapore to JB. And if you wish to pay by cash, you'll need to change money beforehand.

Why need to pay boarding pass? Then again later pay bus fare?
@UmmiGoesWhere7 ай бұрын
Hi, I've no idea why we needed to pay for boarding pass. If I'm not mistaken, it was RM1 (abt USD0.20), but I didn't check whether it was returned to my card later, like a pre-authorization. Anyway, it's an insignificant amount, so I didn't think too much about it.

I’m visiting Malaysia.what are the requirements to go by bus to singapur for 3 days
@UmmiGoesWhereАй бұрын
Hi, if you mean visa requirements, then that really depends on your nationality. Please check with the Singaporean consulate in your area.

Hi Ummi, can we use Malaysia debit card or touch n go to pay the bus fare?
@UmmiGoesWhere5 ай бұрын
Hi, I can't remember if they accept Touch n Go, but you can definitely pay by debit card, both in Malaysia and Singapore. Make sure you have activated overseas use on your card.

How long was the trip by bus?
@UmmiGoesWhereАй бұрын
The trip by bus really depends on traffic, and from where you start. I took the bus from Larkin, but you can also take it from JB Sentral, which is nearer. If there's not much traffic, you can just breeze through. If you go during rush hour or public holidays, you can be stuck on the causeway for hours.

Do we need Singapore visa to travel from Malaysia to Singapore via bus?
@UmmiGoesWhere3 ай бұрын
Whether or not you need a visa depends on your nationality. The visa requirement is the same regardless of how you enter the country.

Hi, you need to fill it up online. There's no more white card.

are they allowing passenger with big luggage?
@UmmiGoesWhere6 ай бұрын
Hi, I didn't see anyone with big luggage although I don't think they would disallow you (on the Malaysian side at least. Not sure about Singapore). Personally I think it would be more convenient to take the train if you travel with luggage.
