This seem like its not so easy flying into Madrid on the same day. You spend a whole day getting to St Jean arrv at night, after a long flight. Very tiring.. It would be better to spend a night in Madrid, and time a better route then nx day. I would prefer getting a connecting flight to Biaritz, then sharing a taxi w other pilgrims to St Jean.. Its a more convenient route, but €100 more n provided you dont hv long layover in Madrid.
