There is another step by going back to the PlayStation website after checking your connection after the KZbin tab was removed. Scroll to the bottom of the page where it says contact us. All the tabs are there

The link is there but doesn't show up on the Web Browser. Similar method but with different way: Settings > Network > View Playstation Network Status > Scroll Down and Select KZbin Icon > Click Sign In > Click The Small Privacy Under Next > Click Overview > Scroll Down and Click The Small Google.
