You're very welcome. Good question. Hopefully, if you are using your cane properly it will alert you if you come in contact with someone. Or even better, people get out of the way and let you do what you need to do.

I prefer to use an elevator instead of going up and down the stairs due to my balance issues due to my arthritis symptoms,I have gone up and down the stairs while using my white cane but it is hard for me and hurts my joints
