How To Gospelize Songs With 1-6-4-5 Pattern

ThankU.. respectfully what makes a single gospel chord a gospel chord ? I see WHAT your doing, but, I don't hear you explain HOW a gospel chord is different from, ex: jazz chord etc.

Exactly, we’ve decided what to call a chord based on technical names. A C7 in gospel is same chord in a jazz song it a matter of when it’s applied. I try to show where you can use any chord to enhance a song. I learned chords first and apply them to any song for a desired sound. Look at classical music, it’s made up of minor and diminished chords also found in some hymns. Does that make some hymns classical songs? Yes because of chord voicing by composer. It’s all a matter of how we the musician want to approach any song.
