my advice dont keep a tree lol I am no builder but I am a homeowner with 3 trees in back yard lol its alot of work, they branches may pierce/come close to our foundation and make it leak and if you want to transform your backyard, you cant do it because there are tree branches underneath it!! if you have more than 1 acre land then sure keep as many trees as you want. You should keep trees atleast 6-8 feet away and keep it at the front of the house and make sure the tree canopy is 1 - 2 feet away from your house.

Is 200 yards the same as 200 cubic yards? I need 200 cubic yards of fill dirt on my lot to elevate it.

Yes. Sorry, I must’ve miss spoken

@@JasonPie No, I am asking you if it is the same? I had someone tell me its the same amount but when I google it says cubic yards is larger amount of dirt.

If someone refers to "200 yards of dirt," they definitely mean cubic yards. There is no way to sell or transport 200 yards or square yards, as those are one-dimensional and two-dimensional measurements, whereas dirt comes in three dimensions (like the back of a pick up truck, which is about 2.5 cubic yards of volume).@@PunjabiBall3r

How much are grading plans, usually?
@JasonPie2 жыл бұрын
it depends on the scope! $2,000 - $5,000 for a simple project. gets into the 10k range on hill side stuff
