Man I love your vids but I wish you had not said that about not passing to the teammate with (what YOU perceive to be) bad stick skills. I know exactly what you mean, and it would be logical if human nature wasn't involved, but what happens (especially at the youth level) is that players use their (exagerated) negative perception of a teammate as an excuse not to pass. The wisest coach I ever assisted used to say "its your responsibility to make a good pass, that's it" and he taught kids to pass with different pace depending on who was on the other end (to your first point). If you are playing at an elite level, nobody has bad stick skills. If you are playing at any other level you are better served in the long run to lift your teammates up, not leave them behind. Hope I expressed that OK ... that's a minor quibble about one of the MANY excellent videos you put out!
