Very helpful. I have my first TWSBI 'Go' on the way, so I'm sure I'll be rewatching this video at some point.

They are such easy to use pens. You won't need to grease it up for a long time, unless you start changing inks every day! :-D

Yes this was very helpful! Ive hot one with a sticky piston/spring so I need to get brave & do this. Thank you!!!

With the spring removed, I used a pair of 8 inch long nose pliers to grip the 1 mm thick ring and turned the body clockwise. Be sure not to grip any of the plastic body or you will risk crushing the threads. Thanks for the vid, there are not too any out there on this subject.

Good ideas. I've also heard people use the TWSBI wrench to unscrew it. I've never tried that though.

I can never find my grippy stuff when I need it either. The glove trick is a great idea! 💡I ended up bending a paper clip to get that metal piece out (I think that was a trick I saw from ms. Turtle), because I don’t have fingernails. 😂

My fingernails are my favorite tools. I never paint them because I'm always breaking them. They look a mess, but they are so helpful!
