In this video I show you how to simply grill a Wagyu Filet Mignon (from Snake River Farms) on the Big Green Egg. I am using a classic steakhouse method by searing the Filet Mignon first then roasting to complete. To do this, I am using the Big Green Egg's new Fire Bowl to create a 2-zone grilling environment (direct/indirect). This is a great way to get to a perfect medium rare on any Filet Mignon... not just Wagyu.
