Hi Felix. LG Martin

I had an idea for a simple mod to the can opener at the back of the hole by the hook to allow it to turn a 1/4 inch hex bit holder. I think this could be done with only a small triangle file. I also think that you could possibly maintain the hook and can opener function. This would be a very simple change to the manufacturer's stamping die. Thoughts?

LG Dr. Arnst A.

I have always wondered why there is no half stop on the blade of a victorinox. Maybe you can do a video on how to modify it so it does have a halfstop. Looking at how the half stop works on the bottle opener, I don't think it can be difficult to modify the blade to have this too, just a bit of grinding would do it I think, the difficulty is probably taking it all apart and putting it back together. It would make it a lot safer to close it one handed.

Please. knife people! You have to leave the steel, in the water a couple more seconds, and do it a bit more often. Don't let the heat, mess your steel! Deeping the steel into water , for only half a second, doesn't let it cool at all! Just leave it into water, at least 4-5 seconds and do it as often as you can. Same goes, for belt grinding. Cheers!
