Thnks for vdo n sharing. May i suggest:::the pata (flat stone)needs notching(टाकी), the varavanta ( cylindrical stone)also needs to b notched to make work faster( less efforts).Also material to b grounded will b trapped n get crushed easily otherwise it very often slips off n falls down.She has to collect n put it back again n again.

What's unsanitary about it? Food at a salad bar is faaaaaar less sanitary than this. Besides all of what she's grinding will be cooked. FYI your kitchen sink is probably less sanitary than your toilet www.webmd.com/women/features/places-germs-hide#1
