Just beautifull plants! You can tell you put a lot of effort into them

Meyer’s are naturally smaller more compact trees and heavy producers. They also start producing at a very young age since it’s an older variety. Simply one of the best!

Oh this tree definitely wants to be a 12 to 15 foot tall tree, just last year alone, it grew almost 10 feet in one year.

@@ZaatarGardensMine’s kinda like yours, about 6 years old and wants to grow and produce like a beast, however the growth isn’t as vigorous and upright as say a Eureka, but it’s a much darker more beautiful green. Also, the bloom fragrance and taste is far superior to any other lemon given it’s parentage (lemon crossed with a mandarin). So versatile, everyone needs one for their backyard!

Is that a Meyer Lemon bush? Mine looks about like that but it's not in the ground and it doesn't have that many lemons on it either. The blooms are so super sweet smelling it would be great if a person could make a fragrance and a flavor extract that smells and tastes like they smell.

Lovely tree! How do you get the ants off the blooms?
@ZaatarGardens8 ай бұрын
The ants for blooms are tough to deal with because I don’t want to damage any of the blooms and typically they’re harmless but after that, controlling the aphid population is the key to controlling the ants; remove the food source (aphids ‘honeydoo’), the ants will stay away
