Just cut them off and place in a glass of water, top-up when needed, wait. Took me two months then one of my two cutting sprouted roots. I have never got it to work with any other method. Drying for days, wrap in plastic, special soils. Nope. Simplest trick in the book, water. Works every time almost. Not saying other methods don't work, just saying that placing in water works, and requires less work and fewer tools/mediums.

@@penguinsforever1609 Fresh. No waiting. Then I had to top up the water now and then, but don't change the water to fully new. It might loose all leaves, or keep one or two. But have patience. Both that I placed in water got roots. They're now planted and grow just fine. :)

@@penguinsforever1609 You're welcome. :) Another one. Don't use too small cuttings. Mine were about 0,8-1cm in width/thickness. And I think they were on the thin side. Better with thicker ones that are still fairly young (not too old branches).

Good day. Pag itusok diretso sa lupa mababa ang chance na mabubuhay at itoy mabulok lamang. Madali madapoan ng fungus ang cut wound ng adenium. Sa method na gamit ko sa video ang pinakamataas na chances para mabuhay ang mga cuttings dahil itoy safe at walang fungus na makapasok maliban lang kung di kayo nag aaply ng sterile technique katulad ng nasa video. @@sweetiehungyo5688 it's either the caudex got rot because of overwater or the leaves infected with spidermites. Check the back of the leaves mam if you find red or white tiny insects that spidermites.

it will take 3 weeks or more. just observe the cut wound if you can see its totally healed and the lining of scion is starting to swell thats the sign it is a success. you can plant it or wait more days to see small roots coming out thats the good thing to do.

Not tissue paper sir. User ice wrapper cellophane or grafting tape. Tissue paper is for drying only.
