Yes, we understood that anthurium develops well in water, that is a useful tip, thanks, but... all of a sudden we got blooming orchids placed in a kind of iron forms and we have no idea at all where from those orchids get their water. Several days ago I did this to my little anthurium pot and found that there were a collection of 11 plants in it. They are now in individual glass water containers. No wonder it had 9 flowers. Now it has 2 more buds

I think pots remain clean like u have, is possible only with RO water other wise calcium will deposit in pots and make its look dirty. So u have used RO our tap water?

Your plants are truly lovely! My anthurium is very sick. Its down to the last leaf with one bulb, with roots that don't look very healthy (its in water). I will try your technique with the next one. Maybe also the orchids (they continue to break my heart). Thanks, and great job with your plants!

I had to cut some roots off as they were rotting in the water and not sure if adding fertiliser made the plant start having some mould. Have you ever had a mould problem with your anthurium plant in water and if so how do you get rid off the mould ?

Speaking of mould, yes it’s normal to the plants, I recommend to clean the plants root, glass vase and change the water regularly as necessary until the plant adopt the new methods of growing. You will see the changes in 2 weeks. I recommend to use rainwater for a better growth. Place the plant indirect sunlight. Hope this will help. Thank for coming, Evelyn

I had a flower shop and one of my plant truck brought us Anthurium, Orchids & closet plants growing in clear containers. They displayed them with a betta fish in the vase. Was very pretty with colored glass beads in bottom of vase that matches the fish. The only thing is you have to keep an extra vase with fresh water so will be room temperature for When you change the water.
