Right, everyone is a critic. It is the number one reason I have decided to not share my reefing journey and experiences. I reef because it's a pleasure. Such a joy kill and distraction from what matters that it likely keeps more than just myself in the background. Shame. You can just ignore it but inevitably... the bully is always loudest and therefore heard. Thanks for sharing the information on Coralline Algae. I think it is important to provide feedback and have it be constructive. Echo effect, BS, hateful rhetoric, we can all do without!

If you want to grow super fast, then like right away just get a rock that already has Coraline turn off all your pumps take a razor and scrape it off and let it float around in the water and settle after like maybe 30 minutes turn the pumps back on Those see your favorite calcium or reef mixture, and then watch the magic happen

astearia starfish. the little tiny ones. that reproduce like rabbits... they will devastate coralline algae. they eat any coralline algae i had in my tank when the bloom hit, and only stopped when i bought a harlequin shrimp.

I got out of saltwater because of CORALINE Algae. It makes the tank look dirty and unkept. Back to freshwater for me !
