How to grow Cucumbers Outside or in a Greenhouse

Paulo starts by explaining what he has learned about growing Cucumbers in the past and why he likes growing them.
He explains that the best way to grow Cucumbers in temperate climates like the UK is in a greenhouse or polytunnel.
Paulo urges caution that Cucumbers with an extensive root run can grow out of control shading out other crops. This is especially true in a warm humid greenhouse.
To help restrict their growth they can be grown in large pots. It is important to find out when the last frosts are in your area so you do not loose young plants.
Generally as long as Cucumbers have warmth, moisture and good light they are more than happy.

Lol I did the same a couple of years ago Got over run with the buggers. I’m doing dehydrating this year even down to tomato and fruit powder from the pulp. Will see how it goes. Just dehydrated banana peels to make fertiliser. Waste nothing .
