How to grow Euphorbia mili in water| Crown of thorns

How to grow Euphorbia mili in water shows best method to build roots of this plant in water quickly.
You just need to cut a small branch and put it in water in indirect sunlight for few days. Roots will produce in two to three weeks depending upon the season.

It was growing well in water but when transplanted to soil some cutting were died.. So I recommend to try 4-5 cuttings at a time... It is also temperature dependent... Good luck.. Thanks for considering my channel 💕

Hello.. I tried growing in water as well as in soil. The cutting which is placed in soil l find roots coming out but propagation in water failed. I don't know why but I can't find any roots. May be because I didn't change water after 3days ...hmmm .. have no idea. Will definitely try again.

There are some important things to notice while growing in water ... Don't disturb container.. Don't change water completely if water level decreases then add little water... Spring season is best to grow... Put it near a sunny window... Get cutting from and healthy flowering plant ... Have patience it's time taking more than two weeks.. Stay connected 💞

Yes you can grow in soil directly by cutting with out growing in water... Use soil, sand and little compost as potting mix.. Water only when surface looks dry.,,try more then one cuttings at start... Good luck 👍

I got two cuttings. So i put one in water and other in Soil. Will wait and see. Till roots grow it should be kept in dark ..away from sunlight. After transplanting this plant needs full sunlight to get more flowers. This is not indoor plant. But when in water they should be kept indoors near window
