Both of my Lavender plants died that I planted in the spring. This should be good.

Pro tip you can isolate the water sound with software and reduce its output since it's such a continuous sound.

New subscriber in Georgia🌿💚 My soil is red clay also. I bought a little lavender plant; going to your other Lavender videos now.😘 Thank you.

We are so thankful you have joined us! Red clay is tough. I’d probably start building my soil with cover cropping.
I keep muttling over you talking about the companion plants that keep bugs at bay. Very specifically the one by your peppers that keep the flea beetle off them. That was amazing to see. I was wondering if you could recommend a good book that I could read up on this subject. Thanks so much for your sharing!

Hey Melody. It is so awesome to see companion planting working. Carrots love tomatoes is a pretty great book!

What about our frosts? We’ve had 3 extreme winters here in Texas this past decade which has lead me to give hidcote a shot.

Where can I find variations of the “intermediate cross” lavender seeds?
@justdigitfarms3 жыл бұрын
Hi Ashley I’m not really sure. I have found lavender is hard to grow from seed for me. I just always purchase the plants. At the nursery we grow it from plugs and cuttings. I’m so sorry I do not have the answer for you.

I have an acre of sandy soil with ph lvl of 6-7.5 and I was thinking of growing lavender about 5 rows of 50 plants each row any advice
@justdigitfarms2 жыл бұрын
If you are in East Texas I imagine you have the same heat and humidity conditions as we do here in Alabama Lavender is kinda hard for us to grow here. I get about 2 good years from a lavender plant. I replant lavender every spring and fall just to make sure I always have it growing in my gardens. My suggestion to you would be to try growing on a much smaller scale and see how it’s going to do for you before investing in planting that much space.

That is the most irritating noise in the background! I can't even hear the guy over it. I'm sure you have some good information but it does no good when I can't hear what you're saying .

Hi Sharon. I know! It’s horrible! I did not realize it when filming and there is no way I can fix it. So sorry!
