I'm 74, was using the Maple Biotin shampoo but I'd wind up with Don King hair in the AM. I never use hair conditioner as it weighs my long hair down, nor do I ever use a hair dryer, I just let it dry naturally. Good tips on the clay though, I have one and barely know how to use it. ...I am liking that you're providing Information to those - even if we are o l d e r - want to wear our hair. L O N G . .. my hair is past the middle of my back,( in the back , a bit shorter in front on purpose).. I've worn my hair long since I wax in my mid- 50's, and NO intention of cutting it. ..even to " just part shoulder length " . Your hair looks great ... I've ALWAYS wrapped my hair up, for sleeping... I often use a satin or silk sleep cap and I use a Silk or GOOD Quality Satin Pillowcase. ( used the Pillowcase thing for Decades, actually. . ) I use certain products as well, ..But.. I DO need a bit of Hairspray, for Special Occasions, because my hair is fine ,even though I have a lot of it, lol. So that helps my hair stay in place ,when I'm going out or something like that. I have had complete strangers ask me " where I got my hair extensions.. they are great ." ..And I tell them that it's my real hair....They are so surprised...lol.

I have tips that are set in stone from yourself from back in the day. ( the cellulite gel for firming ) This video couldn’t have come at a better time as I have been struggling with hair loss for years only to realise recently it’s breaking off and not falling out. Breakage was a big problem for me too and basically just keeping it hydrated and turning the heat down when I do use tools really helps (along with sleeping with it up in the satin scrunchie and pillowcase -- basically anything to reduce the breakage LOL. Hair specialists would say you don’t need to trim the ends, it grows from the roots so keep the scalp healthy

Your looking beautiful with your hair longer. I too have been on my growing journey. I had it way down my back. Yet I got a whim. Cut over 4 inches off. Now I just cut when needed. I found you through Jenifer she posted your video. Im so glad that she did because since menopause I’ve had severe hair shedding. All my bloodwork is normal. I tried the red light band but that didn’t help. Im going to try the hair serum. Did you have hair shedding with menopause as well? Would love to see a video on how you apply the serum and how you style your hair, including those clips I’ve never seen them before. Your hair looks stunning!

Jenifer is the best, I'm so glad she posted it and you took the time to watch! Yes, I did have some hair shed about a year ago or so (I feel like I had a lot of menopause symptoms over the last few years). I love that serum and it's really easy to use. I just take a dropper full of it (it doesn't fill up the full dropper) and I run the dropper down the center of my scalp and down both temple areas as well (so 3 dropper full, one on each area) then I gently massage it into my scalp. It's not greasy at all (just wet) so you can use it day and/or night. With the clips, I take a section of my hair (like what you would take to backcomb) and I just hold it up straight and place the clip right at the base of the hair up against my scalp (with slightly damp hair) then I let it dry or dry it with a medium heat dryer and take them out and gently comb it like I want it. I'll definitely consider doing a video on it
