How many plants do you recommend per farm 24? My worry is overcrowding, seascape says its needs 12-24 inch of space. Thus far, I am planning for 6 plants per side of my farm25 plus. Not sure if your still monitoring this YT channel, but your thoughts would be appreciated. Ty

Robert you said to use about 2ml can you provide more information? Is that 2 every 14 days are you changing the water? Any additional care information will be appreciated : )

i actually used an Electrical conductivity meter to determine when the concentration of dissolved solids, meaning nutrients, I was getting low, and then I would used two mL. So to answer your question, sometimes it was weekly, sometimes it was every two weeks like you suggested, it’s just depended on the stage of the plant and its needs

How did they work out? What lights do you use? What strawberry varieties can be grown indoors with no winter period?

Hi, do you have any advice on how to combat root rot? I am attempting strawberries in a Bounty Elite and seem to have the start of root rot....
@nicknastyyyable Жыл бұрын
I know I'm 2yrs late. But hey I hope it helps. Keep your water and nutrients in complete darkness. Keep your water slightly acidic. A little bit of peroxide can help with root rot. Again check pH after.

rocks are not necessary, I have been using the sponge with small strawberry crowns and it fits perfectly into the pod with label included. I am at week 4 and have 8 green berries already. Do you just add rocks to get the feel that's its planted outside?
@RootedatHome Жыл бұрын
I add rocks to stabilize the crown and keep it high enough so it stays dry
@sylverdetective5547 Жыл бұрын
@Rooted at Home ahhh I see I didn't have to do that my crowns sit right on top of the spongees.
