1 recipe and ingredients:
Put 2 tablespoons of white rice in a glass jar (300 ml).
Fill the glass jar to the brim with water.
Close the jar and let the rice soak overnight.
We need onions. Preferably use red onions.
peel onion. Then cut into small slices.
Put the onion in a saucepan.
After soaking the rice overnight, we got fermented rice water.
🌿 The fermented rice water strengthens the hair follicles.
Add the rice water to the onions.
Add 1 tablespoon of cloves.
2 teaspoons of black tea.
1 tablespoon instant coffee.
Cook the ingredients over low heat for 5-6 minutes.
Once the ingredients are cooked, let them cool completely.
Filter the mixture through a sieve.
1 teaspoon almond oil.
Put the solution in a spray bottle.
Store in the fridge.
Warm slightly before use.
Spray generously onto scalp, cover with a hat and leave on for 1 hour.
The second recipe is a lighter nourishing hair mask.
2 tablespoons coconut oil.
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar.
After combining the two ingredients, add 2 tablespoons of honey.
3 drops of lavender oil.
Mix well.
Apply the mask to the hair roots and hair lengths.
Leave on for 20-30 minutes, then wash hair as usual.
Healthy hair, thick and dense hair. No scales!!!
❗❗❗ Do an allergy test before use! Apply to a small area on the inside of the hand and wait 30 minutes.
