शिरीष जी विगत डेढ़ वर्ष से आपको फॉलो कर रहा हूँ। छत पर बाल्टी, गमलों और अन्य में कुछ पौधे और बेलाएँ लगाई। सब्जियां कुछ कम हुई। लेकिन, अदरक और हल्दी बहुत अच्छी हुई। हल्दी के केवल 4 पीस लगाए थे, आज जब हार्वेस्ट किया तो यकीन ही नहीं हुआ। लगभग 2 kg के आसपास हल्दी निकली। ऐसा ही अदरक भी हुआ। आपकी दी गई जानकारी बेहद उपयोगी साबित हुई। धन्यवाद...🙏

Thank you so much Sir.. I'm waiting for this video. I had grown turmeric in big 2 black tubs. I processed it the same way but after boiling i made the rhizomes in to small pieces and dried. Then it was easy to grind it into powder. I didn't remove the outer layer. Didn't know that turmeric releases nitrogen. Best explained Video. 👌👌👏👏👍

Glad my tips are helpful for you. Seed turmeric should be immersed in any solution of fungicide after harvest for half an hour. Then dry in shade and keep safely. The place selected for storage of seed-turmeric should be free from moisture and away from sun light and rain.

Most beneficial for me. Needed this video more than the ginger one. Trying to grow turmeric since the last two seasons more to see it's beautiful flower than the crop itself but in vain because of rotting due to growing directly in soil.
