yes hey my hubby got me the whole outfit for xmas... omg love them for they are great the only problem I have is that I have saml hands and the gloves that I got are so much to big.. you can check his order as his name was George Moore from adelaide south Australia. just a thought any chance of getting some smaller sizes in gloves please..

Thanks Ray, Mushroom compost is good but it has added lime as part of their process which makes the pH quite alkaline. A high pH above 7 leads to plants not able to draw up nutrients. So it may be ok to add some mushroom compost but I wouldn't use it by itself. Another solution is to add that mushroom compost to your compost bin and let it break down some more before using it in your beds or geofelt planters. Brian :-)

Awesome video, now I know what I was doing wrong with my Potatoes. Question: I planted seedlings I grew from slices of tomatoes, they went really good and I had a really great crop of plants, but they grew so high and then they started dying off. What am I doing wrong? and this is with every tomatoes I grow. Please help?

Hi Linda most tomato plants do grow quite tall. About 1.8m Dying off could be due to hot winds/drying out. Veggies need frequent watering as they are growing fast and often have high water content. Brian :-)

Great video guys. Can you use permaculture principles planting veges in pots? I have a bunch of cardboard that I was going to use. Can I use this in the bottom of my pot before adding the compost?

Yes you could add cardboard but keep in mind it will end up settling as it breaks down and your soil will drop. It also draws out nitrogen from the soil as it breaks down which can cause the plants above to suffer. It is better to add the cardboard to your compost bin to break down into compost and then add that to your pot. Brian :-)
