Hello sir, I had planted several Winter flower seeds before 20 days. They bloomed properly. But after so much time they are just 1.5 to 2 inch in height. I had not used any compost for planting them, i.e. used just garden soil and placed them in partial sun. Now what I can do to increase their growth. Right now I have only musturd cake with me. Can I give it to them in liquid form. Or any else suggestions. Thanks.

U can mix 20-30 granules of DAP in 1 litre water n water the plants with this mix once in 3-4 days
