@@willow3781 I used all of the ingredients listed for a short while. From what I heard, you're not supposed to do it more than a week (but did I listen, nah), but that's just what I heard. And from where, I have no idea. For a while, I used it every other day, which did seem to help with hair growth. I just did the mask roughly two days ago, and my hair did have a little growth splurge. For me, it doesn't grow very much the night I use it, but rather the next night and the night after that. You also don't have to add honey. I don't use honey in my hair masks, as honey is expensive. Just use eggs, olive oil, coconut oil, and cinnamon. I've been using it for years. Also, consider trying an apple cider vinegar mask. When I tried that, it was like my hair came to life. Literally...

When this had dried on my hair, my hair turned really hard and crispy. It's a nightmare to get off. But it does work and make your hair softer after washing it. If you ignore the constant scrubbing of your hair when your in the shower or bath then I guess I recommend it...
