You can actually spend the first 75 points with only discounts of 3 if you use North Carolina and Georgia. What I did was start at ole miss as an oc then to Georgia as an oc (your Alma Mater does not matter for either of these schools). The game will not let you go straight from a oc to a dc so you need to take the next year as a hc for any school. The year after you can go to North Carolina as a dc and unlock the remaining upgrades all for 3 before taking any hc job (make sure the unc hc does not retire after each season by hard saving and advancing unc to the natty every year). This way I was able to get: all 7 tier 4 of recruiter, all 7 tier 3 of motivator, a majority of tactician with selective upgrades, all 7 tier 2 of strategist, most of tier 1 elite recruiter, ceo instant commit and senior superlatives, and program builder tier 3 strong roots. As long as they are winning every game every year hector luna will not retire or go to the nfl. Make sure to check the staff moves every year to ensure he is still there

I followed your guide all the way through building motivator, recruiter, and tactician to where i wanted at a discount. My only difference was skipping rank 3 and 4 in the base recruiter tree. For the last season of that I tanked 2 architect schools, saved week 16, and simmed wins to week 3 of bowl season till they were both available. I took architect for 5 and rank 1 and 2 for everything but kickers. I had to create a coordinator to switch to the big ten, like you do for the hc swap. I also took over the hc at my dream school and started recruiting there for 2 seasons before I took a new job and swapped. Then I took the retaining players for 7-3, 2nd, and 1st, plus senior superlatives. I'm aiming for a 99 overall. I'm worried not having offseason training for kickers might hurt for some reason. I'll update when I've had a chance to go through a few seasons. It's a solid alternative option I think, atleast if you're going to take over a big school.

FYI: the hcs with architect i found are: arizona, Arkansas, ball st, Cincinnati, Florida, Hawaii, Indiana, liberty, Marshall, navy, northwestern, oregon, pitt, texas a&m, uab, and ucf. Don't tank too many or the respective coordinators will pollute the job market. I'd say 4 is solid. I did all of them and spent an hour simming from week 16 to get my guys. I've been trying to do this method again and this time set up to be the Oregon head coach. No matter which coordinator job I take when I create the dummy head coach for Oregon, it never shows that job available after I make him leave the following year. Any thoughts on what I need to do differently? I even became the OC for Stanford thinking it was a location thing, but to no avail.

I know in Madden if you retire a coach, it just gives of control while the coach is still technically in the league Lee. Does it do the same thing in NCAA? Cuz if it does, couldn't you build the head coaches with The skill trees you wanted to have discounted on your main coach have them at other programs then retire as those coaches become head coaches wherever they're at. Then fire them so you can hire them at your desired location:EDIT so it seems like if you create a coach they disappear but you take over coach upgrade them then retire and they'll just be a coach in the save unless I'm missing something I don't see why you wouldn't find the two. Best coordinators that have the abilities you want at the start of the save and keep them until you're ready to go to your final team or one of the teams you're upgrading at retire, take over the head coach position, fire them, then retire that coach and try to hire them

You've been doing the first part of your coach build wrong. You do start at ole miss and unlock the archetypes for free. Create your dummy coach at Ga, But you recruit at Ga so you inherit the recruiting class. You can normally get atleast 150 to 200 points in recruiting class using instant commits if you take the time to go through 3-5 star players. Then u can put it on auto recruit and let computer finish the recruiting. Just check bk at first CFP week. Then you force win all ole miss and ga and make Ga win the national championship cause you inherit that as well when you take the job. You keep making ole miss win it and you dont get credit for it when you leave. When you get to Ga customize your schedule for 2nd year against highest rated teams so you get coach points faster. Now all you have to do is recruit again your 1st season at Ga and force win the national championship and youve done all you need to. Then in your 2nd season at Ga you customize your schedule against highest rated teams and just collect coach points. Put it on auto recruit you dont need it. You should be close to your 495 point total by end of year 3 doing this method. Everything else you do is on point once you leave Ga. Hope this helps you again bro. Good luck

That's literally what I did, I'm so confused. Except you don't inherit a natty if UGA wins bc you dont go to UGA till after the season ends. It's literally in the video. Now the custom schedule thing I didnt do, and that for sure levels your coach faster but it's not super necessary bc you can spend your points until you get double discount. I'm gonna rewatch the video now to make sure there is no mistake but i am 100% certain, win a natty at ole miss season 1 and you get credit for that natty. I appreciate you watching Chuck!

You can get so far ahead just with instant commits you dont have to waste time manually recruiting with Ga. It's a little unclear to me what you're asking. But I think you are asking if you can have two users on one team. You cannot. The video is about building your coach via being a coordinator and taking advantage of preexisting head coaches abilities to level your coach up at extreme discounts

Thanks, Dustintitus9218, made it seem like you could . I have good success with the following: I saved the most points by using UNC as a defense coordinator for two season. The coach and the OC gives you an incredible amount of double discounted motivator. I start as a recruiter, use the 10 points for motivator and by the end of season two, I have more than 50 points as a motivator and 75 points total double discounted when I moved to another team as the head coach. Most of the time it is Notre Dame, as long as they go six and six or worse they fire the head coach. And if you're lucky they have a number five or better recruiting class and I get that freebie. Lastly, if you grind the first season of UNC to get a top recruiting class, you can have two top recruiting class and two national championship when you start as a coach after two seasons, providing that the team you go to has a top five retreating class.

I ditched the tier 4 in QB RB WR/TE in recruiter but still took elite recruiter tier 1in all but kickers I than put points in cross trainer in tactician maxing it out to tier 4 your thoughts?

If only you could create your own head coach apply the necessary skills and CEO and program builder retire him or let the AI take full control and then just be the oc or dc of that new AI controlled coach and push from there … what if on what if someone tell EA make it happen we want to establish coaching branch’s

I've done this but differently... I created the dummy OC at UGA and the HC in my case CU at the start of the Dynasty... Let me add... I just took over the current coaches and didn't make a new one that way, whatever level they are all point, continued to build them up... The OC I followed his coaching path, meaning after he left UGA, the HC job he took was my next destination as well, keeping the seat warm for me and so on... When I was ready to go to CU, the HC I had there from day one not only was a superstar HC, but his staff was as well and kept them on my staff...

How can I tell what OC's & DC's that are available are elite recruiters?

Check their skill trees when you’re hiring. Elite recruiter has a different red symbol than regular recruiter
